    Hello Info,

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing connectivity issues with your Pulse Flex. I can see that you have already created a support request with our support crew. What I would suggest is to continue to work with them to find a solution to this issue.

In the meantime what I would recommend is to verify that your WiFi password is correct as this would result in issues similar to the ones you have described.

    Regards,
    Wesley P.

my pulseflex is stuck with Green light on. My wifi network cannot find it and I cannot turn it on or off. Removing the power lead the light goes off but returns to green if plugged back in - the speaker is unusable

    Hello Bill,

I would recommend redoing the WiFi setup process by connecting the Flex to the router via Ethernet (temporarily) and navigating to Settings > Player > WiFi in the BluOS app.

If the issue persists however, please reach out to our support crew directly at support@bluesound.com and a member will be able to assist you further.

    Regards,
    Sam R.

I had this problem, I could not find my player or get it to connect to the wifi (green light stuck on). I resolved this by hard-wiring the speaker to my router via an ethernet cable. The speaker popped up at once and I could update the wifi connection, I then disconnected the cable and the speaker is fine.

    Hope this helps Nick
