    Hello Sonnie,

Just recently Amazon has released their Amazon Music HD service which is now supported by the BluOS app. To access the HD content on Amazon's music service ensure you have an active Amazon Music HD account, then sign into your Amazon Music account in BluOS by going to Music Service > Amazon Music > Login where you will be brought to an Amazon webpage to sign into your account.

If you are having trouble signing into Amazon through Google Chrome, I would suggest trying to log into Amazon Music from a mobile device or changing the default browser on your computer to see if this helps.

After signing in Amazon Music will appear as an available source on the left side of the BluOS app, then simply select your favorite music and if a HD version of the song is available BluOS will play it at the highest available quality.

If you are still unable to sign into your Amazon Music account, please feel free to contact our support crew directly at support@bluesound.com and one of our analysts will be happy to investigate this further for you.

    Regards,
    Wesley P.

I got it working on FF ... and now on Chrome.

However, I am getting audio drop outs with anything HR ... despite 40+Mbps download and 30+ upload speeds that I just tested.  Tidal MQA works fine.

    Regards,

    Sonnie

    Hi Sonnie

What is the signal strength to your BluOS Player?

Hi, I have just purchased and installed a new node2i in my system (single room stereo, McIntosh amp with built-in DAC).  My location is Tokyo, Japan. I will be connecting from an iPhone X, latest iPad Pro, Lenovo PC and an Amazon Echo. All devices including the node2i are fully up-to-date.
    I have two problems:
1/ The BluOS skill does not appear on the Japan Alexa app when I search for it . I believe this app is a necessary prerequisite for voice commands from an Echo device.
2/ (and much more important) when I try to sign in to Amazon Music HD from BluOS, I am given only the choice of US Amazon. However, like most residents of Japan, my Amazon Music HD account is with amazon.co.jp.
    Are there any fixes?

    Thanks,

    Joel
