    Hello Imasha,

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Pulse Soundbar's hotspot. To reconnect this Soundbar to your network, please ensure that the LED is displaying solid green to indicate it is currently in hotspot mode. If your Soundbar is displaying anything other than a green LED, you will need to perform a factory reset to revert it to hotspot mode.

    Alternatively if it is not too difficult to move your Soundbar, you can directly Ethernet connect it to your router temporarily to configure it to your wireless network.
