how to manually update players ?

The menu item "Help" > "Upgrade Check - Controller" offers a actionable dialogue: that's fine

BUT the menu item "Help" > "Upgrade Check - Player" shows just some text ("update available") without any option do start the update !?

How to solve this ?

  Hello Ben,
  
  If an update is available after checking for an upgrade, you will receive a popup in the BluOS shortly after asking if you would like to proceed with the update now or delay for 24 hours. 

  Alternatively if you would like to manually update this player you can also use the USB upgrade option by downloading the latest firmware and installing it directly to your player with a connected USB stick. For the latest firmware and steps on how to perform this update, please see the link provided below.
