    The same issue has repeated itself with the new BluOS Player upgrade. It is again stuck on the message "Executing BluOS Upgrade". The last time, Vishnu was able to resolve the issue by remotely connecting to a computer on my LAN and executing a few commands. Would this be needed again, or is a quicker solution available? Am I to expect this issue each time I try to upgrade the BluOS Player?

    Please could the solution be published?  I am not yet getting a response to the same or similar issue that I have raised and perhaps it is an easy fix?.  One observation is that when prompted to carry out the update on your controller there was then no feedback as to what is happening, which leaves you assuming after some time that nothing is happening.  In my case I can use the amp for other purposes but not for streaming vis Blueos, which permanently loops on the amp's menu that it is executing the upgrade.   The controller is locked out.  The amp is fantastic but these bugs are very frustrating - especially given the time zone difference versus USA support!
