We just purchased 2x Pulse Flex, 1x Pulse Mini, and a Node+Duo kit from the Canadian outlet store.
One of the two Pulse Flex appears to have died suddenly last night while we were testing all of them in a room together. No lights turn on when powered.
Not a great first impression of the product, and it sounds like this may happen somewhat frequently based on the forum posts I'm reading?
Are there remediating steps or anything that can be done, or would we just return the unit in this situation?
Trying to decide whether to purchase several more of the Mini and a Node2, but having one of these day the first time we use it is making us falter.
