    Hello Ant,

    From what you have described it appears you have your Vault 2i connected directly to your iMac. This connection will not work as these 2 devices will need to communicate through a network device such as a router.

    Please Ethernet connect your Vault 2i directly to your router and if the issue persists, just let me know through the email ticket you currently have open with us and I will gladly look into this further for you.
