    We have found the issue and resolved it at the hosting upgrade server end. It was reporting the wrong version as the latest to Mac users. I am told this was resolved at 10:17 am ET (North America). If the problem persists, please close and relaunch the App.

    Same issue here, same software specs, MacBook Air.

    Apart from the update issue, desktop app works fine.

    My Mac has been restarted several times and it still occurs.
    I removed the previous 3.4.9 installation
    downloaded a new copy of 3.4.9
    Installed it.

    Still occurs.
