    Hi Robert

    Volume fluctuation may be at TIDAL's end depending on the track. The reverb is interesting though. Please select Help, Send Support Request so we may take a closer look at the log file.

    Thanks for this.  I followed your instructions and it does not seem to fix things.  For example, when I listen to Vince Gill's "Okie", the volume fluctuates and the vocals are distorted.

    What are some next steps?

    I see you say to select "Help", but I don't see that anywhere, can you please send a link or point me towards it?

    In the BluOS App, select Help, Send Support Request in the Navigation drawer

    I sent a "Send Support Request" 4 days ago.  Also, when I stream Tidal to my iPad or iPhone, there is no volume fluctuation or audio distortion on any of the tracks that have those problems when I stream them on my Node 2i.
