    Hi Nicolas

AirPlay is only available on Bluesound 2i models - If you are on 2i Players and still have an issue, please select Help, Send Support Request in the app and we can take a further look after reviewing the log files of the Player...

    Hi Tony,

I do have a Flex 2i, connected as stereo with a Flex and it doesn't show on airplay.

This is the case for both Iphones and computers, all up to date with systems and applications.

This is a bit of a setback from previous queries as at least I did have airplay showing in that configuration when it was first launched.

I will send a log but would apprciate a solution with this.

    Best regards,

    Nicolas.

    Hi Nicolas

When you made the stereo pair, the older FLEX without AirPlay was most likely the Primary Player of the group. Try breaking the group, selecting the FLEX 2i and then recreate the Stereo Pair FIxed Group with the FLEX 2i selected.

    Dear Tony,

Fantastic, it did work, thank you for yor help, back on with Airplay.

Just a shame I am still experiencing drop outs (less though) when combining it with other first generation speakers.

    But it works, thank you.

    Nicolas.

Here are some things to try...

In the settings menu, select Player, Customise Sources, and in both Analogue and Optical, disable A/V Mode... if that does not help, check out and see if your FLEX 2i is on the 5 or 2.4 band If it's on the 5, move it to the 2.4 so it matches the older model. If you still have problems, break the group and send a support request from each player so we may see both log files and our Support Crew can troubleshoot further...
