SPDIF Cable Wont fit Node

I attempted to upgrade to a Reference SPDIF cable to my DAC.  The Back of the Node RCA jacks are recessed, so the SPDIF cable cannot be fully inserted. The only work around is to Dremel/Mill enough room so my cable can be fully inserted. 

 

Thoughts???

  Push hard - they fit - it's an industry standard hole.

  We do not recommend your workaround and you will void your warranty - consider a more practical cable.
