Can’t access file: no such file or directory

Can anyone help on the above issue as this warning - can’t access file:no such file or directory came up when accessing playlists. There are no songs in the library I have a Vault gen 1, 1 power node gen 1, 2 powernode gen2 and a flex 2i. I can’t access the files through the laptop. Everything else is working Tunein, radio paradise, Spotify.
My view is the Vault for some reason is not reading the files/songs.

If problems persist, please select the VAULT in your Player selection Drawer then Select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the Player Log of the VAULT.
