    Hi Ttpearse

That message is coming from the Music Service (I am guessing Amazon). In Music Services, Amazon, log out, restart your player and then log back in.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, it is Amazon.  I did this twice, but am still getting the same issue. When I go to play something from Amazon I get a pop-up message:

"Player Notification. Go Unlimited. List to this music and tens of millions more songs with Amazon Music Unlimited. No Thanks. Join Now.   I hit "No Thanks" The pop-up message goes away. I try to play and get the same pop-up message.

I tried several albums and playlists under Amazon's "recommended for you" and they all failed. I then searched for an Album I know I've played before and it plays without the error.  Perhaps the list of "recommended for you" items from Amazon contains items that are only accessible with their unlimited option?  This has not been the case in the past, but it matches the behavior I am seeing.

    Thanks,

Turns out after a few songs played on the Amazon "Jimmy Buffet Channel" the player stopped and I got the same pop-up message again.  Any other suggestions?  This makes my Node 2i unusable.
