Thoughts on a DECT phone next to a Bluesound speaker?
AnsweredHello,
Maybe this is a silly question, but I'd still like to ask to be sure...
I have a relatively small bedroom and not much room to place electronics. Therefore my small table which hosts my Pulse Mini 2i speaker, also has a simple cordless DECT charger+phone next to it.
I understand this is far from ideal. Next from interference in the audio quality (which I have not detected/head yet), do you think this has other downsides, or can this even potentially damage the speaker?
Or is this a common setup and nothing to worry about?
Best regards,
Vincent

No damage...
Possible wireless interference if your home network is on 2.4G channel 1 and the phone is on it's highest (of 4? - it's been a while) bandwidth channels of your cordless phone... the wireless interference will sound like audio dropouts on the Player or high frequency static on the cordless...
Easy fix - if it does occur - in your router, don't select Auto Channel, select Channel 11...

Thank you so much. I don't believe I have ever received better customer support from a company.
