Unable to access my Tidal account and play music
AnsweredI am unable to connect to Tidal and am getting the following error message
Player Notification
Remote service error: No session data (userid) Tidal 2935813
I have recently re-set my Tidal password and am logged into Tidal on my Android tab which will play music on the Tab. When I try and access from the Bluesound app I get the above message. I have tried re-booting the Bluesound player but am still not able to get access.
What is causing this, how do I fix it.
I can access other services OK like Paradise Radio et

Hello Chris,
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Tidal streaming. Usually when seeing this error message it means Tidal's servers are not properly authenticating your account credentials through the BluOS app. What I would recommend would be to sign out and back into your Tidal account through BluOS to see if this helps to resolve these issues. You can do this by going to More Music > Tidal in the BluOS app then log out and back in using your account credentials.
