Is BlueSound Committed To Making Improvements?

I am beginning to wonder if there is any development going on at BlueSound.
I have had my Node2 for a few years now, but have yet to see any substantial improvements.,
If you haven't noticed (I certainly have), people keep beating you up about
- inability to edit playlists
- the "info" link providing not any real information, just ads & clickbait
- lack of ability to do proper (plaintext) import/export of playlists
- no API
- etc.
Yes, I keep getting new releases of the node & controller app, but they seem to have NO improvements beyond the trivial. I haven't even seen a roadmap. What is going on over there?
I might point out to you that BlueSound is not the only company selling streaming devices. Sound quality notwithstanding, the biggest differentiatior between the products is in the controller app. If BlueSound doesn't get its act together, it will be left in the dust.
What's going on? Do you even have a development team, or just maintainers?

Thanks for the feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve the experience such as adding an Amazon Alexa skill and Apple AirPlay. I have forwarded your feedback along for future consideration.

The much touted Alexa integration is a joke, if other companies can do better than BluOS and the company doenst seemto care about new and fully working features I worry about its future.
