"Host is down"

For the second time, after enriching my personal library, I decided to "reindex" the library, and then the system failed. It seems to do so everytime I reindex.
The message is "Host down, cannot access file etc..".
I run my music with a Mac. By the way, although my library and the BlusOSController are both on my cellar-phone, the latter will act as remote control provided my computer is running...
I reindexed several times but it seems like I cannot even see my library anymore on the playlist.
Would you be kind enough to assist me again with this issue and to explain me how to prevent such problem everytime I want to reindex my library ?
