The "trap" door on the optical output connector on my N-100 broke and now Toslink cable will not click into place. Can I send this in to Bluesound for repair (& how, since I can't find any way to contact a real person on the site)? I suspect others may have had the same problem, since the optical out connector is too close to the side wall of the plastic case to make for easy plug-in. In any event, anyone have experience with/solution for this problem? Thanks, Jon
