Problem with Vault 1. Generation

I recently bought a Vault 1. gen second Hand. I integrated it properly in my Network and i was able to acces the internal hard disk by the Windows Explorer.
I wanted to clean up the hard disk because I did not like zhe Music from the pr-owner. Unfortunately i deleted all files on the internal hard disk and now the vault does not index the Songs, i transfered onto it.
I transfered my whole Music library from iTunes, abaout 25000 titels and now the vault does not index them.
Has anybody an idea where i can get the files I deleted ?

Hello Til,
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your indexing.
From what you have described you will not be able to recover the files which you deleted from the Vault's internal storage. Although the reason why your Vault is not showing your new music could be due to corrupt files or metadata in the current music library. I will escalate your request to a member of our support crew to investigate this further for you and see if we can find what could be causing your index process to fail on your Vault.
