Development commitment
AnsweredIs there exact development commitment for adding balance control for PowerNode2?
If available, I will purchase it. If not, I will have to drop it for this otherwise excellent box.

Hello Lubo,
Thank you for reaching out to us.Unfortunately we do not publish a road map on future development and features so I can not say for certain if or when this feature will be included in a firmware update.
With that being said I will bring your request to the attention of our Quality Assurance team to show that there is demand for balance control on the Powernode 2 as well as our other players to see if we can bump this up in priority to our developers.
I'm sorry I do not have a more definitive answer for you at this time.
Regards,

Lack of balance control is a critical deficiency. Making me consider returning a new Powernode 2i I just bought

Having spent ~40 years in the computer industry (including managing a help desk), I can guarantee you one thing:
If you let customers know when you plan to address an issue, the will be (mostly) content to wait for it.
In the parlance, it's known as "setting expectations". Say nothing, they will become impatient and dissatisfied.
