Bluesound music system not working properly

One of our costumer is having problem with the system and we think that this is related to the ports that need to be open! Just to let you know I have never seen this system before and I dont know how does this system work, I have only worked with firewalls and network related issues. Is there any documentation regarding the ports that should be opened outside toward the internet?
