I'm having the same kind of troubles with my pulse soundbar 2i. Since the software update (BluOS 3.4.13) the soundbar and my Samsung TV don't seem to connect over the HDMI ARC connector. Before I updated my soundbar it worked just fine.

    hoping for a solution,

    Scott Hermsen

    Hi Scott,

I am experiencing the exact same problem with my hdmi connecting and the pulse 2i soundbar. Do you know what caused your problem and how it can be fixed?

    Greetings Niels

Since the last two updates were released, I have problems with HDMI ARC on my NAD M10.
It happens that the NAD M10 does not wake up when the command comes from the TV to (HDMI ARC) NAD M10

    Previously, everything worked flawlessly.
When I turn off the power, wait 15 seconds and then turn on, the NAD M10 reboots and works fine. After 2-3 days, the error is repeated.

It happens that the NAD M10 wakes up when I turn on the TV, indicators (arrows) appear on the screen of the NAD M10 and the input (HDMI ARC) is automatically turned on - that's right! but there is no sound.
Volume control works through the BluOS application, I set the volume to 100% but there is no sound :(
I overload the NAD M10 again, then everything works for 2-3 days and so on in a circle.

There was also a problem, in the morning I saw that the NAD M10 screen has been working since yesterday. I touched the screen with my finger, but it doesn't respond. The NAD M10 unit itself was hot. I rebooted the system and everything worked again for "happy" 2-3 days. Please make a normal firmware.

same here. Since the last two updates were released, I have problems with HDMI ARC on my NAD M10 too.

The HDMI ARC won't responce after some Days. Reboot. I have the same problems like Domanin.

    Hi Domanin

Disconnect your HDMI cable from both the NAD M10 and TV. Power down both devices for 10 minutes or more. Reconnect the HDMI Cables and power up both devices. Wait 5 minutes and test.

If the problem persists, please contact our good friends at support@nadelectronics.com and they will be happy to help.
