    Hi Scott

You should only be seeing KK Box if you are located in Asia. In speaking with our QA Team, we have discovered you cannot log out of KK Box if your account is expired. You will have to reset your KK Box account then login and log back out.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention and we hope to resolve this in a near future release.

    Hi Tony

Thanks for the reply. I'm not in Asia. I've never had a KK Box account. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling

That didn't seem to work. Any other reason why it would show up? I'm in the usa.

    Thanks

    Hi

I have a somewhat similar issue, but no longer with KKBOX - instead I can't seem to get rid of: BUGS, iHeartRadio, JUKE, Primephonic and Radio Paradise. Now, I have never subscribed to any of theses services - my only subscription is with Tidal and from initial installation that was the only service I saw in the list.

It all started when suddenly my Flex player (I also have a Powernode 2) began to be off-line in the app, when I wanted to play music - it would appear with solid blue light, but never the less I couldn't see it in the controller app. To begin with I powered it off and on again, which solved the issue, but it was kind off a dumb thing to have to do. So I reset it to factory default, that seemed to have solved the issue with availability, but it was kind of disappointing to realize that, not only was the Flex player reset, all my settings vanished for both players. That to me makes very little sense! Because one player needs a reset, all controller settings shouldn't disappear for both players...! I ended up resetting both players again.

Now, the list of services that seems subscribed to was initially longer and it seems as if I was logged in to some of them, as I was able to chose "log out". But that didn't make them go away in the left side player services and input overview. Then I red about doing a re-start from "Help => Diagnostics" menu. That seems to have removed some of them, but the above listed ones are still there.

And what is more annoying when I will play from "My Favorites" and chose e.g. "Artist" I get strange error messages like: "Remote service Error! BUGS require you go through your account. Please chose 'Services' -> BUGS' to log in again". I think BUGS is one the services I could actually chose to log out from, but I repeat I have NEVER subscribed to BUGS nor have I logged in to the service explicitly - I simply don't know what it is.

So, status is that I have reset both players to factory default, i have done the re-start from the Help-Diagnostics menu, I have re-started the controller app numerous times and I have re-installed the controller app twice...still this is not working as when I first installed the players and the app.

I used to play music on one of the first great music streaming devices - the Squeezebox v3 from Slime Devices in a setup with a Qnap NAS and all my CDs ripped to FLAC. That was a lot of neard work doing manual upgrades and stuff. I must say that I expect consumer products like Bluesound, Heos and Sonos to be different and to work seamless out of the box. So the hassle I have had the past week is NOT what I expect from what I bought as a high-end streaming product/solution...!!!

I hope you have a solution to this?!
