Player upgrade and loss of sound
AnsweredHi, Since the software upgrade I have had to reboot my whole system a few times; it was stable before the upgrade. I have now a problem in that one player will not respond to volume commands. I have two players and a Vault 2i. I cannot seem to use the app to report the problem as after I fill in all the fields it says 'Please supply a valid email address' ! I cannot continue to reboot. Is there a problem with the new software upgrade?
