Problem update with pluse 1

Hello,

I have a Pulse 1 and a Node 1, at every upgrade my Node is alright. But the Pulse doesn't make the upgrade... Since a lot of time, I dowload the upgrade pack on Bluesound website with an USB stick.

This time, it doesn't work. My Pulse turn to green light...after that, I use the blueos controler App to recognize my player but after 5 minuters the light turns to red... 

Can you help me ?
