Albums with no date/year
AnsweredI prefer to sort albums by release year, but in BluOS any albums without a date effectively get treated as 0000 and appear at the top of the chronology. This is frustrating as they are typically off-cuts or unofficial live releases that would be better listed at the end of the library rather than the beginning.
Is it possible to do anything about this? (I realise I could fudge all my tags to a release date of 9999 but that is a LOT of fudged tags.) Perhaps just an option to sort in reverse date order so that the most recent releases show up first? I believe this is the default for many streaming services (definitely Spotify) so perhaps BluOS could even just reverse the existing order rather than add an option?
Thanks

Official comment
Hi Rob
As one with a few too many E-Street live albums (if that's even possible), I understand. Use a metadata editor and add a date tag.

Then reindex...

Thanks Tony, I guess this is the fudge-a-tag option...
If I used a non-numeric value like n/a or [none], would BluOS handle that OK and sort at the bottom of a chronological list? Trying to figure out an option that won't mess things up in any other applications using the same files.
Cheers
