Some albums missing from Tidal when using bluesound Android app
AnsweredWhen I search for the albums Exile on Main Street by the Rolling Stones and Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd on Tidal using the bluesound app, the albums can't be found. Yet, when I search for the same albums on the Tidal app on my phone (Android) they are there. What's going on?

Hi Charlie
I am having a hard time replicating your issue on a SAMSUNG A4 running the current version of the App.
Please try resetting your TIDAL credentials;
- In Music Services, TIDAL please logout
- Please select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your Player
- Once the LED Returns to Blue (or an NAD front panel says Ready/BluOS), select Music Services and re-enter your TIDAL credentials
If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review your player log file.

Thanks Tony. When I went to Tidal under music services, I discovered that it was set to block explicit content. When I changed it to allow explicit content, the albums became available. Thanks for your help.

Hi Anthony
Qobuz does have certain content that due to Music Licensing issues will not flow through to third party devices. Please contact Qobuz for details on this.
