Shuffle tidal playlist

I cannot shuffle a Tidal playlist when doing playback through the Bluesound app. I have to play the playlist in the order it was created. If I try to shuffle after the song is playing the shuffle reverts to my entire Tidal collection even though all I want is to shuffle only the songs in the playlist. Is there a way to do what I want?

  Hi R. Beruta.

  I am having a hard time replicating your issue. I select a Playlist in TIDAL and shuffle it and it shuffles for me without editing it. Can you please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the log file?

  I have the same exakt problem. Tidal via BluOs doesn't shuffle. Just plays the songs from in the order it was created.

  The advice I got from Bluesound is to clear out the play que (hit the trash can icon) and then select the playlist you want to play. Hit the shuffle icon and it will shuffle.

  I am having the same problem, but the solution is to switch off the play queue

  Hi Bjoron

  In the iPhone, on the Now Playing Screen, select list mode from the header and the trash can will appear in the footer. In the Tablet and PC, the trashcan is located at the bottom of the play queue.
