    Hi Dancer

    Please select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your Player.

    Once the Player returns to ready (Blue LED), please select Help, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index. The LED should turn white and stay white for a few minutes. Once it returns to steady Blue, try again.

    If probelms persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the log fiel and take a closer look.
