    Hi Marek

    You can try connecting it using a LAN cable directly to the router and then power it up. We will be in touch as I am escalating this...we will be in touch

    Hi, I tried to connect directly from my router by PC app and it didn't find any player.

    There is no "escalating"...this issue has been around far too long. Just search "solid red" and you'll see...months, possibly years!!

    The unit is dead, repair too expensive and 1 week after waranty. So, ended in the trash. Looking for replacement, but not from Bluesound.
