EXTERNAL HDD STORAGE PROBLEM

Hello There,

i have Bluesound Node2i and im trying to connect my external hdd for music archive. when i connect my hdd to node2i, node2i indexing all songs, i saw in the menu, totally 8.600 songs i have. then finished indexing but i cant see my songs in usb side...

my hdd 2tb seagate hdd and got external power supply 1,5v, and hdd nfts format...

i tryed everything but i cant see my albums... 

help me about that please,

  Hi Aziz

  USB Drives are not mixed into your Library as they are indexed in RAM. You should see a USB Icon in your Navigation Drawer where these are stored.

  If you do not, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the system log file.
