BluOs Controller on PC
AnsweredThe BluOs Controller screen on my PC does not appear....only the preceding screen that says something like "24-bit music in every room". Hence, I cannot control my NAD C-658. The condition occurred as I was trying to delete a playlist and the related play queue. During that attempt, a screen appeared inviting me to update and I did so. Thereafter, the controller screen failed to appear on the PC. Interestingly, the NAD will still play the playlist that I had attempted to delete, even with the BluOs Controller not opened on the PC. I'm stuck. HELP!

Please uninstall the App using Windows Control Panel or in MacOS, drag the App to the Trash from the Applications folder and empty the trash. This will remove a corrupt library that did not update correctly.
Please download a new fresh release from www.bluesound.com/downloads and install as if it was a new version.
This should resolve your issue long term
