    Hi Strat68

We have seen a small handful of consumers seeing this. Please completely uninstall the BluOS App from your PC (via Control Panel in Windows or drag the Application to Trash and empty the Trash) and restart your PC.

Download a new version from www.bluesound.com/downloads and reinstall it. This should resolve your issue. If the problems persist, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com

That worked for OSX and have not gotten to Win10 yet.

Another question then.  In the app and I drill down to iTunes Media/Music/<band baneM/<album name> and there are no songs under the albums.  I can see the .mp4 in the iMac Finder but not in the App.

Is it an M4P file? Check the extension again...

If it is, then you bought this song on iTunes prior to 2009 and it is copyright protected so we cannot index it, as is...

But this is what you can do; https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201616

Thanks Ron - it doesn't matter the hardware you are using the App with, unfortunately the problem is the same...

I have the same issue with the latest windows controller. Any thoughts. I tried everything, install, uninstall. Nothing works. Maybe the next version will take care of this ? Thanks
