    Sounds like the other issue we had with the release of iOS 12.2 and probably the Mojave patch is causing it too. In the BluOS App, select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart the FLEX

    Disable Wi-Fi on your Mac (or pull the network cable). After 5 seconds re-enable Wi-Fi. Wiat for the LED to Turn Blue on the Player and then try again. If the Problem Persists, please select Help, Send Support Request.
