Add Deezer song to Deezer Playlist not working.
AnsweredAdding a Deezer song to a Deezer playlist doesn't work for me. In Windows I get an Error message : Item cannot be added to playlist. While on android it says "Item added to playlist" but nothing is added. Creating new playlist gets the same message and results
In my Deezer account settings BluOS app can add and edit playlists.
I can view and play Deezer playlists fine.
In Qobuz this all works fine.
Anyone have an idea what could be wrong?
using Windows app 3.4.5. player 3.2.10. android 3.2.2.

Sorry for the delay - we have asked QA to run some tests on this as we could not replicate it. They couldn't either.
SO... Please select Music Services, Deezer and logout of Deezer. Select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your Bluesound/BluOS Player. Once the LED returns to solid Blue, logo back into Deezer using the Music Services Menu. Kill then re-launch all your Apps and try again.
If the problem persists, please select Help, Send Support Request so we can see the Player Log file.
