Nothing but problems

NZ$4,000 spent on a Soundbar, Flex and Sub.  Nothing but problems.  Your iMac App is rubbish and doesn't doesn't match your website description and none of the buttons that are meant to appear to enable you to add things are there; or if they are they disappear for some reason.  Sub won't connect.  Flex speakers connect but won't play.  Now the TV sound has gone and I can't get it back. Absolute frustration when I thought I was getting the best. 

 

Should have gone to SONOS?
