    Hi JP

Try killing and restarting your App. Your App has lost communication with The Player that is serving up the content. Remember, the player is doing all the work, the App is just a window into it like a remote for a TV.

Thanks Tony - will try when I get home tonite. But, I last night did restart both my iOS and OSX apps, with same result - no Tidal > My Music content. I was able to access other Tidal content with each app, but nothing in MyMusic.

    Hi Tony.

No change in my situation here. All my apps have the same behavior. The apps do not show Tidal:My Music content in them. I think it's at the Bluesound servers, not the Apps.

I sent in a request two days ago, and have yet to hear anything from BluOS Support.

If TIDAL is not appearing in the Navigation Drawer, then log out of TIDAL and log back in under Music Services.

We do apologise for the delay in sent support requests. Our product line up has been in very high demand since the release of 2i exceeding our expectations. We are making changes internally to serve you faster but are still haven't caught up. If you received a support request receipt, you will be hearing from us.
