I cannot get my new Node 2 to connect to my wireless network

I cannot get my new Node 2 to connect to my wireless network.  I have tried about 15 times.  The green light will flash and then turn solid green.  I have un plugged and re plugged.  same result.

  Hi John

  Assuming you are entering the correct credentials, The NODE 2 will not connect to a 5Ghz network. Also depending on your router it will not connect to a router that is using Band Spanning (The 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks have same SSID or network Name). Please ensure you are connecting to the 2.4 band only and if necessary disable band spanning.

  I did as was suggested.  I have renamed the 5Ghz network.  Still not getting a connection made with my Node 2.
