    Hi James

    The PDF you read was how to share music from Windows to your VAULT. 

    If you are having problems using the Player name, in the App, select Help, Diagnostics and locate the Player IP (say for our purposes). Once you have that, in Windows try accessing \\\\shared and you will see the Music folder.

    If not, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may view your log file and troubleshoot further.
