    Hi Ton

We have seen a few of these in the past week or so and think it might have to do with a change Spotify made in their latest update and are working with Spotify to help resolve long term. What we have found out that resetting the Spotify App by killing it and re-launching it on your phone or tablet will resolve the issue.

If you don't know how to kill Apps on your phone or tablet, don't uninstall and reinstall if you don't know your Spotify password... just restart the phone or tablet.

    Hi Tony

I reinstalled Spotify om my Android and iPad but that does not solve the problem. It also does not work anymore when I use the web-version of Spotify on my laptop. This is only since a few days, as it has worked fine.

The connection with the BLuOs-app works fine, so I can listen to TuneIn, but there is no posibility to play Spotify on my NAD/BluOss MDC.

Same issue here. Tried reinstalling spotify, but is not working. Running latest versions off all software for Bluesound. Furthermore, seems that some players are working (Flex2i and pulse mini) but some aren't (powernode, Flex2). Having a (family) premium spotify account.
    Annoying to say the least.

  • Hi Timon

We are seeing some consumer having to also restart their players. In the BluOS App select Help, Diagnostics, Restart.

We are continuing to look into this with Spotify...

Your suggestion works: after full restart I can now use spotify again!

    Thanks
