Blu sound pulse speaker

Hi, two of my blusound pulse players are connected wirelessly but although the third one says it is connected (I can see the blue light on the player) I cannot see it in the drawer. I have spent an entire day trying to figure it out but to no avail. I have rebooted and unplugged and re started everything but nothing seems to work. I have also checked my router and my WiFi is working fine. Help! Any idea what is happening as i have run out of options.
