    Hi Peter

Log out of CALM Radio. Select Help, Diagnostics and reboot your Player. Wait until the LED turns Blue. Go back into the App and Select Music Service and re-log into CALM Radio.

If the problem persists, Help, Send Support request and we can help further.

I tried this approach but it doesn't help. Still getting the authentication error.

I have this same problem. I'm using the free subscription for CalmRadio. It seems that most stations show this error. But a few do not. I guess that the stations that show the authorization error are not free. I don't know a good way to find the free stations, besides clicking on each one.

I can't login either. Entered correctly but no go. Just on free so not sure that matters? Thanks

If you are running a new NetGear Orbi or NetGear Nighthawk router, check the NetGear App and disable NetGear Armour which may be blocking authentication with some music services. In the US, AT& provided routers also have similar security settings.
