Ripping CDs with Vault 2 causes Nodes and power nodes to fail

    Please select Help, Send Support Request in the App. We would like to help you troubleshoot. Sending a support request this way will send us the log file. 

    The issue you are seeing is the VAULT is not responding timely to the App causing reporting errors in the App. Our Support Crew will walk you through it.
