Blue Sound Node 2i Wireless Connection Problems

I've downloaded BluOS, switched on my node 2i, selected "add a player", selected my player and selected my network. It runs for couple of minutes to configure; but, then I get the message saying "an unexpected error occurred. Please try again"
I tried couple of times, even with different wifi connections; but, didn't work.
How can I set up my node 2i?

Follow the steps in www.bluesound.com/setup and try using the web browser method detailed under using a Windows or Mac PC.

I'm having the same issue and the web browser method is not working. I've added the units MAC address to my devices on my apartments wifi and, unlike every other device, it still cannot connect to my player.
