BluOs not displaying Hires files

I'm subscribed to Qobuz Studio, but my Android controlling Bluesound 2i does not play files in Hires. Every album and song is displayed as CD quality. When I check the Qobuz app, the songs have the Hires logo.
I have signed in and out and uninstalled the apps.
Any ideas?

  Hi James

  Please send us your log file by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App. That way we can confirm you are receiving 24 bit files are at least troubleshoot why you are not.
