    Hi Jennifer

    Your VAULT should have automatically indexed the CD after ripping. Just a reminder it can take about another 10 minutes or so after the VAULT ejects the CD for the indexing process to complete. Please select Settings, Rebuild Index to recreate the Library from scratch.

    If the problem persists, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the log file.
