    Hello Gregory,

    When performing a Reindex or Rebuild index through the BluOS app, you should be able to see the current progress of the index from the top of the Settings > Music Library menu. Also while the index is underway, the LED on your player will change to white. Once the index has completed, the LED will return to solid blue.

    If you are not seeing any progress in the BluOS desktop app from the music library menu, please ensure you are on the latest version of the desktop app. At this time the desktop app is on version 3.4.5 but you can verify your current version by going to Help > About  in the BluOS app.
