I have a Soundbar and two minis that loses their wifi connection from time to time. I have had a great dialogue with the BS support which were full of technical logs and configuration advises for router and speakers. They were very helpfull and very skilled, and i followed every advice. Unfortunatly, like many other owners in this topic, the speakers still lose their connection from time to time. I have seven units dedicated to my wifi, and it is only the BS units that loses their connection.
So my point in writing this, is that I have accepted that these Bluesound units just have a general issue that no other wifi units have, and I just must accept that.
Is it irritating. Hell YES, but I have given up on this product. And as I write these words, the speakers stopped playing again. Three times in one hour :)
