    Hello Rob,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting your Bluetooth headphones. The first thing I would suggest is to ensure your headphones are currently running the latest drivers if possible.

    If they are on the latest version and you are still unable to pair, then I would recommend reaching out to our technical support team directly at support@bluesound.com so we may look into this further for you.
