Playing tunes on my Iphone

Hey all,

 This used to work fine, but now when I want to select tunes that are on my Iphone, go to BluOS, select Bluetooth, and there is a song that's playing without any info and I can't clear it?  My Iphone is connected to my player and I'm not certain how to proceed? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I've tried calling support but never reach anyone.

  Hi Dan

  When playing via Bluetooth, we do not receive metadata information. What you were seeing before when you did see metadata information was playing directly from your phone. Due to security concerns by Apple and Android we were asked to remove that functionality.

  Can you dumb this down a bit so I can understand what you're saying?

  Will this never work again or is their a workaround?

  As mentioned, this has been removed. Please use Bluetooth.

  I don’t know if you are still having this issue, which is different from what Tony is talking about. (Play from device library via BluOS app and wifi, which was a great feature that they removed)

  I had the same issue after my brother in law paired his device with Bluetooth and left, I had to pair with a different device, then unpair with that device, then re pair with my iphone, that cleared it.

  Was a weird bug.
